Truly great design needs great writing, and in fact, it was my love of words that initially drew me to the design profession. I have always loved to write and excelled at it, and I think this is what makes me good at one helps me with the other. The ability to step outside of your own world and see things from another angle comes in handy for writers and designers alike. My love of words has allowed me to create more whole, effective communications that succeed on many levels.

For this project, with the US Department of Agriculture, I contributed to many different verbal concepts that helped users understand and accept a complex security system.
